When we decided to sell our home we had a deluge of realtors wanting to handle the sale.We decided on Dorothy Szczerbowicz of Homelife Realty.
She offered us an arrangement that accommodated all our wishes and addressed all our concerns.
Once listed we found her to be an energetic sales person.She had several "open houses" days, some for other agents and some for prospective buyers.She advertised in the MLS and the polish/english newspapers.
She was always quick to return our calls and when our house was slow to sell she sat down with us to discuss the problem.We had a unique property which was hard to price.We discussed the best avenue to sell the property but all decisions were left to us, she never tried to push her thoughts or opinions upon us.
